Our yoga classes and workshops are governed by the agreement between the participant and Tralvino. Schedules and descriptions are for information purposes; Tralvino reserves the right to make changes.

Payment before the start of a course or workshop unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation and refund conditions are included in the full terms; for single classes, a shorter cancellation period often applies.

Participants are themselves responsible for their health and for reporting (known) complaints to the teacher in advance. Tralvino is not liable for damage arising from participation unless there is intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of the studio.

Liability & safety

Our teachers provide adapted instruction, but participation is at your own risk. Consult your doctor if you are unsure about medical limitations. Damage to or theft of personal belongings is not the responsibility of Tralvino.

  • Do not perform risk-increasing exercises without supervision.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended.
  • Report unsafe situations immediately at the reception desk or by email.
Teacher demonstration

Teachers are NVT-certified and have first aid knowledge.

Disputes & complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first viatralvino@gmail.com. We aim to respond to complaints in writing within 14 days.

Consumers can in certain cases make use of alternative dispute resolution. European ODR platform:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

In Australia, a disputes committee or the court can also be called in; Australian law applies.
